Created to mark Kanetsugu's 100th anniversary, the Zuiun is built from an SG2 powder steel core clad in 62 layers of stainless Damascus — giving the blade its distinctive mirror-like pattern and exceptional edge retention. Heat-treated to 62–63 HRC.
The heptagonal pakkawood handle is water-resistant and designed for long sessions at the cutting board. Hand wash only. Comes in a Paulownia wood gift box.
